Man Open Fires on School Board!

Video Courtesy of KSL.com

Clay Duke walks in with a gun holds a school board hostage and then open fires on them all over being upset that his wife was fired! One brave women tried to do something by hitting her with her purse but she was not prepared to do anything else. It is a blessing no one was hurt except for Duke who took his own life. This was a room full of people held in fear by one psycho with a gun and the best defense anyone had was a brave lady who took a swing at him with her purse.
Thank goodness Duke was a bad aim and that finally there was a security gaurd who was finally willing to engage Boyd or there would have been for sure been greater casulties. When will people realize that they need to prepare. Attacks are happening in schools, malls, and public places with out notice or warning and its getting worse not better. Train, prepare, defend, and Live!!!

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) - A school official calmly talked a Florida 911 operator through a gunman holding school board members hostage, exchanging fire with a security guard and then taking his own life.

Nancy Boyd, assistant superintendent of Bay County schools, had fled the meeting room where the ordeal unfolded Tuesday to call authorities. Her roughly six-minute call was released Wednesday.

Boyd described what she saw on a video feed of the meeting room, as Clay Duke fired at several board members. Boyd told the 911 dispatcher "there's some man here with a gun."

Authorities said 56-year-old Duke was distraught that his wife had been fired by the school district earlier this year. He was the only one injured Tuesday.
